Selected Shareholder Voters Given Exclusive Opportunity to Tour Tesla Factory with Musk

Tesla is offering voters of its annual shareholder meeting a chance to win a tour of the Giga Texas factory on June 12, the day before the meeting. The tour will include the Cybertruck and Model Y manufacturing lines with Elon Musk and other executives. Selected voters will also have a reserved seat at the meeting on June 13. However, some shareholders have filed a form urging against Musk’s compensation plan and the reelection of Kimbal and James Murdoch to the board, citing governance failures.
