GM Electric Vehicles Now Compatible with Tesla Supercharger Network in North America

General Motors (GM) announced that its EV customers now have access to over 17,800 Tesla Superchargers in North America. GM has more than 200,000 electric vehicles on the road, with approved NACS DC adapters available to U.S. customers for $225. Canadian availability is expected later this year. GM has delayed the launch of a second U.S. electric truck plant and Buick’s first EV. Drivers now have access to over 231,800 public Level 2 and DC fast chargers in North America. In the second quarter, GM delivered 696,086 vehicles in the U.S., up 0.6% year-over-year.
