Tesla to Introduce Battery Armor and Rock Sliders for Cybertruck by the End of the Year

Tesla’s lead engineer confirms that Cybertruck owners can buy retrofitted protective accessories by year-end. The company plans to launch its Full Self Driving software for the Cybertruck this month. Battery armor and Rock Sliders will be available for off-roading safety. Some off-road weaknesses have been identified, despite Tesla’s claims of durability. Former Top Gear co-presenter James May calls the Cybertruck “childish” and “balls-y.” The specific release date for these accessories is not yet announced, but they are expected towards the end of the year. Stay tuned for more updates on Tesla.
